With a diverse background in Finance and Accounting, both in multi-national corporations and start-ups, Cliff supports the due diligence process for evaluating potential portfolio companies as well as providing continuing financial analysis support for those in the Veg Capital portfolio. A co-founder of a plant-based investment fund at Johnson Resolutions, Cliff enjoys putting his efforts and resources toward SDG focused solutions to climate change and ending animal cruelty.

As a mental health professional with experience in both private practice and the statutory sector within the NHS, Simi’s background and insight focuses on the People Potential aspect of our investments. Simi supports Veg Capital’s portfolio founders and teams in optimising wellbeing and performance. Leveraging her skillset as a cofounder of the plant-based investment fund Johnson Resolutions, Simi helps to manage deal flow, brings market data to the due diligence process, and prioritises communication and relationships within the portfolio companies.

Rabinder has worked in the commercial function for a number of Blue Chip FMCG businesses, including P&G, Mars, Diageo & Nestle.  She has also had experience of working for a small business and was an instrumental part of developing the PhD brand retail strategy in the UK and internationally. PhD was acquired by the Science in Sport Group and Rabinder. She has developed expertise in commercial & channel strategy, people development and delivering growth & in nascent categories.

Matthew began his first business at the age of 21 and has been a serial entrepreneur ever since. He has successfully built and sold companies in the manufacturing and events sectors. Matthew also created the popular Veganuary campaign, along with his wife Jane Land, which encourages people to try vegan for January, and works with the corporate world to develop more plant-based options.
